Healed of diabetes

My doctor told me that my spleen, which was removed when I was 3 years old, grew back a little and is working. Then she explained that because of this, my pancreas began to work again after not working for 16-17 years and I am no longer a type 2 insulin dependent diabetic. I don’t take insulin or any medications for diabetes any longer.
