This trip exceeded our expectations. Rick Taylor led a team of five who shared in the teaching and ministry. Russ Nelson and Ralph Kucera from the Santa Maria Healing Rooms and Keith Allen and Rick Simpson from the San Ramon Healing Rooms. We watched God move in great power as He backed up His message with His ministry with salvations, deliverances and healing miracles.
When we arrived in Kampala, Uganda we ministered for three days on national radio. We prayed for people over the airwaves and they were healed. Next we held a healing rooms training seminar and trained approximately eighteen hundred people. We had ninety-three hand written testimonies of miracles that took place, although there were more than that but these were the handwritten ones. We had nine people report that they were healed of AIDS. Many cancers and tumors disappear as we prayed for people.
A woman was brought from the hospital on a stretcher who was completely paralyzed. She couldn't talk and during the teaching on forgiveness she forgave in her heart and was instantly healed and was dancing and praising the Lord. We had a little boy about eight years old who couldn't sit up or talk after three days he was completely healed. We saw many more miracles to numerous to put down. After this conference there will be three healing rooms in Uganda starting up.
We also went into the bush villages to hold crusades where many had never heard the gospel preached. We preached and many people responded to the salvation message and gave their lives to Christ. They also received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and were healed of their sickness as we presented the full gospel. These places have no electricity or running water and many had never seen a Muzugu (white man). We brought a generator and projector to show them the Jesus Film. They stayed up all night worshipping the Lord and watching the movie. They had never seen a movie before and their response to seeing Jesus do miracles was precious.
We broke up into teams and spoke at many different churches while there. We were breaking a spirit of poverty, as we were able to sow financially into different ministries there with a spirit of generosity. We truly experienced an open heaven over the nation of Uganda. God is doing powerful things there.
