How do you prepare for your appointment?
On the day of your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email up to 2 hours prior to your appointment time. In the email will be the information required to connect to your prayer team. This email will come from a personal email address, from the team member that will be leading the prayer time. Please, check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.
How to cancel your appointment?
If you know in advance that you cannot make your appointment, we ask that you click on the “Need to make changes to this event?” on your confirmation email.

Can I make more than one appointment for myself?
We want to encourage you to select only one appointment time and then reassess your need for another session after the Lord ministers to you through our team. If you find yourself in need of more prayer, we encourage you to sign up again for another date and time.
What if all the spots are filled?
We’d love to pray for your situation. If your request is for a medical emergency, please reach out to the relevant authorities in your local area. Due to the overwhelming popularity of our online ministries, the open slots can fill up quickly. We thus encourage you to keep checking back based on your level of need and interest. Kindly note that all ministers pray as volunteers and we open up more slots as they become available.
What if I experience technical problems?
In the event that you experience technical problems, will we unfortunately have to have you reschedule for another appointment.
What if I choose to receive ministry by phone?
Available for US calls only:
If you reserved a telephone ministry appointment, you will receive a call at your scheduled time for prayer from a prayer team member.
The caller ID on your incoming phone call will read “NO CALLER ID.”
