Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to know about my ministry time?

Your ministry time will be a maximum of 12 minutes; thus, we encourage you to record your prophetic word. Following your ministry time, you will receive a feedback form which we would appreciate if you would fill it in for us.


Can I receive prophecy in Spanish?

Thank you for your interest yet unfortunately, no Spanish will be offered at this time.


What if I choose to receive ministry by phone?

Available for US calls only

If you reserve a telephone ministry appointment, you will receive a call at your scheduled time.

The caller ID on your incoming phone call will read “NO CALLER ID.”


Can I make more than one appointment for myself?

At this time, we are only accommodating one appointment per person. Each person can have an appointment once every 3 months. Married couples: please reserve one ticket per couple.


How to prepare for your appointment?

You will receive a confirmation from Eventbrite. Later, on the day of your appointment, you will receive an email with the information required to connect to your prayer team. If you have not received an email an hour prior to your scheduled appointment, please check your spam/junk box for it.


How to cancel your appointment?

If you know in advance that you cannot make your appointment, we ask that you click on the “cancellation button” on Eventbrite at least 2 hour prior to your appointment if possible, or e-mail us notifying us that you have cancelled. 


What if I experience technical problems?

In the event that you experience technical problems, we will unfortunately have to reschedule your appointment at a later date.
