“When Herod the king heard this, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.” Matthew 2:3

Herod the king heard of a new King and he was troubled. Have you ever been “troubled” when you hear of another more anointed than you? Have you ever felt threatened by someone’s gift or talent? Herod didn’t stand a chance against this King, he tried every sort of manipulation to wipe out his competition.

There is a King and He will have His way in the earth. He will have His way in His church. He will raise up which ever person or ministry He so chooses and no amount of manipulation will stop Him. Do all you can to find yourself on the right side.

Father, give us Your heart to agree with Your decisions.
